Coaching Programs are meant to lead you to success with whatever you are trying to accomplish. No additional upcharges for contact info or nutrition guides. The hourly rate is for face-to-face time only.  Prices and details of programs may vary depending on circumstances. 

Preparing veggies
2 MONTH FIX - 25 dollars/hour
This PERSONALIZED two-month fix is a plan designed to benefit you in the short term. This program is best suited for more disciplined individuals with minor changes that need to be done. Locks you into a minimum of four (or more) sessions over a two-month period. This is NOT meant to be a crash diet to get your beach body. Weight loss may occur if it is the chosen goal but not in unhealthy amounts. It Includes:
- In-depth and personalized body assessment and evaluation
- My personal contact information for advice at any time
- FREE Nutrition guide instructing the fundamentals of health
- Minimum of four (or more) 1-hour coaching sessions

Fitness Class
TOTAL FIX- 22 dollars/hour 
This plan is best for anyone with more meticulous goals such as muscular weight gain or large quantities of weight loss. This plan gets down to the nitty-gritty. It includes:
- In-depth and personalized body assessment and evaluation
- My personal contact information for advice at any time
- FREE Nutrition guide instructing the fundamentals of health
- Minimum of 8 1-hour sessions
- Grocery Run with Dylan to discuss ins and outs of goal-oriented shopping

 

BUILT DIFFERENT Program - 27 dollars/hour
As an athlete, our goal is to make our bodies as functional of a machine as possible. Through the science of nutrition, macronutrient manipulation, and exercise we can fine-tune these machines to perform at their maximal capability. Meant for athletes of any age. From football to kickboxing to hot yoga. It Includes:
- In-depth and personalized body assessment and evaluation
- My personal contact information for advice at any time
- FREE Nutrition guide instructing the fundamentals of health
- Minimum of 3 1-hour sessions
-Crash Course of fundamentals of eating for optimal performance
